Mayfest Volunteer Information Meeting

Our next volunteer meeting will take place on Sunday,January 17th at 4pm at the National Coney Island in Royal Oak 1812 North Main Street. We are meeting in the private room in the back. All are welcome from the serious to the curious. We do ask that you purchase some food from the restaurant as they are letting us use the space for free. You may wish to bring an notebook and a pen.

At this meeting we will be:
Discussing the Motor City Pagan Family Circles events on the last Sunday of each month, recruiting volunteers and collecting raffle items.
Discussing ConVocation, where everyone will be and how we will spread the word about Mayfest there.
Discussing Pagan R&R at Kart2Kart on March 14th, recruiting volunteers and signing up folks to bring stuff.
Distributing palm cards that you can hand out at your favorite event or shop.
We will also have sponsorship/advertising and vendor applications available as well as tickets for sale. One stop shopping!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2010 Michigan Mayfest. We rely on our volunteers to keep things going smoothly and to keep costs down. You may choose to volunteer in a number of different capacities. You may volunteer all day or for just a few hours. Any effort you put in will be greatly appreciated. Please note that all volunteers are subject to a background check for the security of all of our staff and guests.
