Meet & Greet Booths

Do you or your organization need space to tell the public about the services you have to offer? Then you may wish to consider setting up a meet & greet booth at the Michigan Mayfest. The meet & greet booths are located in the hospitality area right by the front gate so everyone who comes into the festival will see them. You aren't allowed to sell anything at a meet & greet booth, but you can hand out business cards and fliers, answer questions about your organization, or collect names & email addresses for your mailing list. Our prices start at $18 for a card table-sized space and go to $20 for a banquet table sized space (please bring your own table and chair) and include admission for one person. If you wish to sell tickets, including raffle tickets, we ask that you purchase a small merchant booth package instead for $30.
